Our newest and toughest adventure, Kronk

So I noticed I haven't posted one single blog about our puppy Kronk yet. Well we gave him a bath the other night (not his first) and I decided to whip out the camera. Just a little back ground to why we gave him a bath.

This is him normally! All fluffy like. :)

When we are gone we leave him in the bathroom so he can still wander around without going potty all over our house. Well he obviously doesn't like being trapped and bored because he plans ways to get past the gate and out of the bathroom. Well his plans are working because we come home to find him meeting us at the front door and little gold mines all over our home. So Jarom and I have taken this challenge and are trying to find an even greater and more difficult way to keep him in the bathroom. Well the other night we had wedged two gates in the bathroom so he couldn't get out. One was in the door frame and the other was wedged between the door and the sink. There was about a 6 inch gap between them. How he did this, I don't know but he somehow managed to get himself past the first gate and got stuck between the two gates. Well while he was there he also decided he had to go to the bathroom and there was poop on our bathroom floor, the gate, and him. It was amazing. :/ So he got a bath. Nice story ehhhhhh?!

Break part 2

There was just one little thing I forgot to mention. While we were in Utah Jarom and I went to church with his family. Philip and Kirstin are the nursery leaders but Kirstin was sick :( so Jarom and I went and helped Philip out with the kids. It was so much fun! They were adorable. Anyway they were enamored with Jarom so I had to take this pic! He was helping them take turns with that toy.



Ha I love the little girl on his lap. I wasn't going to tell them I was taking a picture but she saw me and gave me the biggest smile. What a model! :) I also like the little boy leaning up against his knee! I can understand why they wanted to be with him the whole time. I do to! He's a sweetie! :)

Break!!!

So for the last two weeks Jarom and I have been on spring break! We went up to Utah for 10 days to go to conference and catch up with is family! While we were up there we also did a session at the temple (my first at SLC),

I saw my friend Ryan that I haven't seen in almost a year, and had our family pictures taken. Philip and Sue (with the help of other family members) cooked us a delicious Easter feast.

Then we came home and wanted the break to be over!! We wanted the structure that comes with going to work and school. We were being soooo lazy...sleeping in until 10-11

and procrastinating like crazy! So even though it was a great couple weeks we're happy to be back to our normal schedules!

I love these pics. I asked Karen a while ago if she would take some family pics of us while we were in Utah and I just got a few from her blog. Actually there was a lot and I love them. Her camera is amazing. She makes us look so good! Haha. Anyway this is a different photographer from the last one. I have her website in my "peeps" so check her out.
